Absolutely amazing service as always. Done professionally, quick and priced right.
The customer service at Shade Window Films was frustrating. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked questions about different tint options. On top of that, their prices were much higher than competitors, but the quality didn’t match the cost. Wouldn’t recommend.
I had my windows tinted at Shade Window Films, and within a few days, bubbles and streaks started forming. The installation was clearly rushed, and the tint began peeling at the edges. I expected a professional job, but the quality was very disappointing.
After being highly recommend in our local Facebook group, we reached out to Shade Window Films to get our car windows tinted. The team is professional, welcoming, fast and produces great work; our tinted windows look fantastic! We will also be highly recommending them.
I got a ceramic coating and tinting done at Shade Window Films, and I couldn’t be happier. The team is amazing—super knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and their customer service is top-notch. Three years later, the coating still looks as good as the day they did it. Easily the best experience I’ve had in the automotive world. If you’re coming from Ottawa or the surrounding areas, trust me, they’re worth the drive. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality tinting or ceramic coating!
