Will start a job and then provide excuses as why it isn’t completed.This goes for automobile repairs or lawn service. Do not pay up front!!!!
Gary Rice got my car one weekend and then said he couldn't do it. Got it back the next weekend and was suppose to change out both front wheel bearings and front axle which I bought the parts. He only had to do the labor. He had my car from Fri evening to mon. evening in which I picked it up and the sound was still there.
