Used this service the last three years with great results. I had a unit go down on July 4th, and David took care of things same day. I highly recommend them!
David was fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. He identified the problem right away and explained everything to me clearly. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID! Had David out first because of a bad install with a bad weld of the line set. He fixed it and charged system back up! Had him out again with a failure of a mounting bracket to the fan motor on outside unit. He is very knowledgeable and knows his mini splits heat pumps better than anyone else I have ever talked to. I spent a lot of time checking reviews and recommendations before calling Shade Tree to service our 2 units. Dave responded in a short period of time and showed up when he said he would. He did a very thorough job and explained the process and results. His charge was reasonable and he wants to build a long-term relationship in taking care of HVAC needs.
