I was in the process of buying a truck from out-of-state. The salesman took it for a PPI on my behalf. The rear differential has a leak. At first, Ray said he didn't know if it was a leak or if it was damp from being washed. Nothing else was damp on anything on the undercarriage and the truck clearly had not been washed. The fluid sample from it reveals that it had just been replaced, as the front differential fluid is a milky grey. I know they will fix what needs to be fixed and nothing more. This business sets a high bar for their work and customer service.
