Jeff ordered the failed Somfy motor and replaced it without issue. Went so smoothly I am having him install accordian hurricane shuttles
We were very impressed with Jeff and his crew when they installed new shades for us. In fact, we liked them so well, we asked them to come back and put shades on some of our other windows. All measurements were right the first time around, all shades fit very well. They were friendly yet professional. I especially liked that I had so little to pick up after they left, they took care of it all.
Terrible customer service. In November of 2021 I paid $4,500 to have a retractable awning manufactured by Sunesta installed on my home. In November of 2025, I contacted shade solutions by JK studio design to inform them of a problem I was having with my fabric. Several holes were appearing and getting worse. The manufacturer has a 10-year fabric warranty. I asked shade solutions to take care of the holes and file a warranty claim. Shade solutions their representative to check out my fabric.
