delays in delivery time, told 4-6 weeks, 14 weeks later without any update contacted merchant and advised product was in production. contacted merchant again, same story, requested refund, owner stated no cancellations per website. We ordered at RV Rally, not through website, not told of noncancellation, aging requested cancellation and refund. Have not had communication from merchant since 2/15/2024. Contacted credit card issuer to dispute charge. Bad business practices in communication.
