We had 12 Solar screens installed by Shade Shields Solar Screens and Shades. They look great and are doing the job in shielding the heat that used to come through our regular screens. Jeremy was courteous and provided excellent service in having my screen replaced.
In August of 2109 I had (then) SuperShady install a complete 90% screen coverage in my Schertz home. In July 2202 I asked Shade Shield to reseat the screens and they did for a paltry price. During the last storm one screen blew off after fifteen years and had to be replaced, repaired, and re-installed. I called Shade Shield on President's Day (19 Feb 24) and they sent Jeremy Parkhurst on the 20th to determine if the panel could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I’ve used Shade Shield for solar screens. They are GREAT! The solar screens reduce the solar heat load inside my house. Helps my AC run less and reduces cost of electricity. I WOULD definitely recommend Shade Shield. The owner is very professional and worked well with my home.
Customer service is non existent. They will not return calls. Once the screens are up they are done. Will not recommend them nor will I ever use them again. Kevin reached out to me & fixed the issue the next day. Very impressed with the quick action. So happy with the results! Give them a call for ur next window screen project!!
