Even though it was had been raining and windy for days and he was inundated with calls from people to take their shade sails down, he turned up and quickly and easily took it down for me. He took the time to explain everything to rectify last shade sails inefficiency. I am totally confident that we found the right person/business. Tony worked the job in even though snowed under after storms.
