I am always loathe to write bad reviews but in all my dealings with companies over the years - this experience has been one of the worst. I ordered shade sails from this business - they came and measured what we had and left a sample book here for us to choose. The book wasn’t explained, thickness of the sail or what attachments were not explained - however flicking through the book I selected a very white looking sail; and sent a photo to the sales team.
