Tim called us to follow up on an awning that was installed last June.. We were pretty impressed by that. Excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend this local company that sells sunsetter which is a national brand.
I had a tough job to reinstall and repair a very large retractable awning. I had trouble getting quotes from other companies to do the work. I found Shade One Awnings here on Yellow Pages. They definitely had the best phone etiquette out of all the companies we called. They gave us a price and an installation date on the first call. There was no, "I'll have a salesman call you back" or phone tag involved. We are beyond satisfied and recommend this outfit for awning work.
The installers did a great job. I had to write a review and give five stars. It took 4 men to put up our oversized canopy awning. The men were all older and very professional with excellent manners. The office was organized and efficient. They called us each time to let us know their people were in route and 15 minutes away. Why cant every company do that? Highly recommend!
Honest and reliable from the first appointment. Delivered the awning on the date promised and showed up on time. I can't wait to use the awning this summer.
