We woke up to water dripping through our bedroom ceiling at 6 am. After calling a few places and getting no answer or AI voice agents, I called Shade Moutain and Randy immediately picked up! He showed up within the hour and had it fixed before 9 am. We are so thankful for his quick response and AMAZING work! Our garage roof was damaged when a tornado dropped a tree on it. Shade Mountain was here fast and replaced the roof before more damage was done. They did quality work, were fast, professional and did a fantastic job! We are so pleased with their work. We had Randy's crew back for several more jobs, including gutter guards on our house, shed and garage. Excellent, quality work as usual! Thanks so much!!
