I’m so grateful we found Cathi and Shade Gallery! We had a broken motor in a blind and tried contacting 2-3 other blind repair businesses in Prescott. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone, find help or solutions. The minute we called Shade Gallery, Cathi had an instant solution and said they could absolutely help. Best company ever. Ryan came promptly on time and did an incredible job installing my blinds. He was also super helpful in terms of problem-solving initially what kind of blinds to hang with my accordion blinds to create privacy. He was so helpful you can only hope to get him to install your blinds. I wouldn't use anyone but shade gallery. They're all about customer service and Ryan was fantastic!!
We were clueless on if we wanted shutters, blinds, or shades. Cathi was friendly and patient and helped us to narrow our search. Ryan was quick to come look at our windows and give practical suggestions for us to completely transform the look of our rooms with quality, affordable shutters. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional customer service we received from the Shade Gallery team.
Ryan and Cathi were really great to work with, helping me surprise my other half while delivering exemplary service. We purchased a second Vertiglide blind for our sliding doors to match another.
