New owner Ryan and Lee did an excellent job with our shutters! Ryan did an outstanding job measuring and talking us through all the options available, and we are extremely happy with the results. The installation was quick and hassle-free. The absolute best experience with a shutter company EVER.
We couldn’t be happier with Ryan, and The Shade Gallery. He knows exactly what he’s doing and suggested the perfect motorized black-out shades for the MB as well as wood shutters for the rest of the home. Everything is well made and looks beautiful. Out of the several vendors I contacted, only Shade Gallery took the time to prepare a detailed quote. Ryan then came to the home to take final measurements and details. Everything arrived as they said it would, and install was only about half a day.
I questioned whether to use Shade Gallery based on a bad review, however when I called them I found out the review was placed by a terminated employee. Boy I am so glad I called as EXCEPTIONAL is the best way to describe the Shade Gallery. Not only were they considerably less expensive than the competition, the service can not be beaten. While others quoted 4-5 weeks, Ryan had ours installed in less than two weeks. Don’t waste your time shopping for window coverings… go to the best, Kathy and Ryan at the Shade Gallery.
Ryan at the Shade Gallery really came to the rescue by fixing the many defects in the poor installation of our power shades done by Prescott Windows. Ryan explained everything that needed to be redone, ordered the parts and troubleshot all the issues with Hunter Douglas so that it was covered under the warranty. We highly recommend him.
