I brought my snowblower in for service and will definitely use Shade again. Jake and everyone in the service department I interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Dropped off a cub cadet zero turn FIVE WEEKS AGO and called to check on the status. Was told it could take another week or two. Whatever you do, do not use this company for service. It appears that they are overwhelmed and can't get their heads above water. I'll be going there to pick up my mower that sat outside for 5 weeks with no resolution. If you can't do repairs in a timely (not more than a week) manner, don't offer service. If you want to do service operations, hire more people no matter what the cost and pass it on. ... read more
