Shade Doctor Experience, Houston Tx. When we started this process the sales person was professional and seemed knowledgeable. What they said the could do install wise was not accurate. Also they stated that someone would contact us about our install date for August. This did not happen. We had to call them several times to get an install date. We had to leave several messages.
