I agree with the other posters. This business in this day and age does not have a pay portal for customers to check their balances all the time. They have an obscure way of making residents pay through their checking accounts into their account and no visibility where the payment is being applied to until you call them. I would stay away from this condominium until they change their pay policies and use a modern payment portal.

Have been paying into HOA for 16 years. Have never missed a payment, until last month when we were fined a late fee and sent an aggressively written letter to pay up. We had. We Received our bank statement and they had cashed our check and applied it to a different account. So she said. How does that happen? No apology, no amended statement… just pay the new one without a late fee she said. The new one has yet to come. Hope it’s not late.
If I could give zero stars I would, this is the worst HOA in regards to customer service in the world. I have owned my home for over 2 years and everytime I reach out it takes forever to get a reply, and when they do its with attitude. Their communication methods are prehistoric and do it intentionally so you incur late fees. This has been the worst part of owning at Mansion Park.
I hope I can give them a zero for the assistance
