Dealing with the agent I dealt with through this agency was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. This agent mishandled my dealings with this company so horribly that I am still reeling. I had to inlist my attorneys help with this and his secretary said that when she called, she couldn't believe how unprofessionally she was treated.
