Can't praise the property management team at Shaddocks enough, particularly Larnah and Emily with their management of our unit. They have been very supportive in a difficult time with the loss of our long term tenant, then roof damage to our property. Their communication during the repair process and then attention to detail in the search for a new tenant has been top notch! Highly recommend if you are looking for a new property management team.
Danielle from Shaddock was so amazing!!! Being first home buyers was very nerve racking but she talked us through every step and was so patient and understanding. Danielle had such amazing communication and was very flexible, being able to meet us after hours if needed, and working around our schedule. The process was so easy and fast, Shaddock will definitely be hard to live up to in the future!!
