I strongly urge you to steer clear of Shaddock Homes as a housing option. The troubles begin immediately after you close on the home, as they seem unwilling to address any emerging issues. We were shopping around for homes and we came to know about new phase of shaddock homes at windsong . Karen was responsive and patient with all the questions we asked for., the model home was well decorated, nice floor plan, very good backyard space and All other features . We liked all the aspects but width of the home. The lot size is also good.
