I strongly urge you to steer clear of Shaddock Homes as a housing option. The troubles begin immediately after you close on the home, as they seem unwilling to address any emerging issues. Our interaction with their warranty representative, Mike Davis, has been a complete nightmare. Despite facing a variety of problems, he has consistently shown a reluctance to take ownership of resolving any of them. We had a very frustrating experience with Shaddock. The full story would be too long to write out on this forum, so I'll share the reasons why I would think twice before contracting with Shaddock. 1. Poor communication: The sales staff, design center, and builders that we worked with were horrible communicators. We would go weeks and weeks sometimes months without seeing any progress. Michelle has been on of the few sales person/builder we have met who responded to the people who are looking for a house during the Post-Covid craziness of this housing market :).
