Under construction in 2024.. watched the homes pop up after the acreage sold. Families playing and growing here now in this beautiful neighborhood.
We recently just purchased a home from Shaddock and couldn’t be more thrilled. Suzanne Sadler in the front office was so helpful when we were trying to figure out which floor plan, lot sizes, and all the many details. Ty Paul was exceptional and made the process enjoyable. He was always available to answer all of our many questions. He paid attention to all the little details and quickly addressed them. He is a fountain of knowledge and we are so thankful!
