This is our first home in Texas. I am happy with the decision we took. This house inventory home. At first we were little concerned about the quality of house and warranty but we didn't find any major issues. All warranty issues were addressed in professional way by Bailey in timely manner. Bailey is our point of contact for any questions about the house he is very reachable and responsive.
Happy to say that we are about to complet 1 year in shaddock home. I didn't see any major issues during this 1 year. All warranty issues handled very well in timely manner. Specially Thanks to Bailey who handled all warranty issues for my home.
We bought our first home through Shaddock. It is all started with Jackie, she ensured that our home buying is very smooth and helped to us to navigate entire process until the closure of the home. Also, I must say Michael and Bailey are equally supported with their respective roles during the home construction and after warranty support.
We had an exceptional experience working with Shaddock from the very beginning. Jackie and Michael were always quick to respond and provided helpful guidance through every step of the process. Even post-build, Bailey has continued that high level of service by quickly addressing all of our warranty needs. Go with Shaddock if you’re building in DFW.
