I’m disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding a drainage issue caused after the home next to mine was built by Shaddock Homes. Prior to that construction, my yard drained properly, but since the new build, standing water now collects along my fence line, damaging the grass and affecting the grading. I’ve reached out multiple times and even provided before-and-after surveys showing clear changes in elevation, but the issue remains unresolved.
