Estates at Rockhill was meant to be a sanctuary for refined living. Unfortunately, a recent influx of outer-ring families has brought lawn neglect, driveway clutter, and a general erosion of community discipline.

Bought the house and very satisfied with it
We moved to the community last month, and shortly after, we experienced a major water outage that lasted 20 hours, with no water in the home for 12 hours. While the city of Frisco and the utility company quickly resolved the external issue, the builder's warranty (Shaddock) refused to check the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) to restore water in the home.
