These guys are great! A couple of years ago I met Todd when I was thinking about selling my home. He took the time to explain (teach me) how the process worked and what to consider and expect. There was no pressure. I felt like he was genuine and truly had my best interest at heart. I know that they are in the business of building and selling top quality homes, but I also think that building trust and integrity is paramount to their mission. If I were in the market, they would be the first people I would call.

Job sites are so clean. I am a neighbor that lives down the street. They always let you know what to expect as surrounding neighbors.

This builder handled our project with a structured and consistent approach. They created a clear plan and followed it closely, which made it easier to track progress. There were some delays due to external factors like weather, but they communicated clearly and adjusted schedules. The worksite remained organized throughout, which was reassuring. The final outcome looks well-built, and the finishing quality is good. It feels like a durable home built with attention to detail.

My overall experience with this home builder was positive. They guided us through the entire process, from initial planning to final handover. The team was approachable and open to feedback, which made communication easier. There were a few delays during construction, but they kept us informed throughout. The final result meets our expectations in both design and quality. The structure feels strong, and the finishing work shows attention to detail, making it a comfortable home.
