I'm not one to write reviews but I hope this helps someone avoid a headache if they're considering working with Shadd. We hired Shadd to create a plan for a new restaurant business. After we paid him, he said the project will take a few weeks. Fast forward MONTHS, he eventually stopped answering any calls, texts or emails and I never got plans submitted to the state. Even the contracting team we hired said he's the worst architect they've tried to work with because he's not responsive and had incorrect formats in his designs... read more

Bought a house designed by shadd Johnson in Eagle mountain and it has to be poorest layout I have ever seen in any home I’ve worked in. Who would design a home with a breakfast nook and no dining area? In multiple places he has three doors opening into each other. Disappointing that this type of architect would even be given a license….smh

I highly recommend working with Shadd. He is very responsive and took the time to sit down and go through concepts with us so that we got exactly what we wanted. The plan actually turned out better than it looked in my mind! Easy to work with and perfectly priced.
