Excellent customer service!
This was the worst experience I have ever had as a patient. Appointment delayed for 1.5 hours. Comes to my room, says she is going through my file and will be right back and disappears for 25 minutes. I walk out and find her chatting with someone. No compassion, no apology and I just felt like another money making statistic. Told very dismissively that they do not even see why I was referred to them as the results have a very insignificant variation with no symptomatic corelation. Great front office staff and nurses are great. Dr.Mansoor was very nice and did full labs to see what was wrong and how help me get better soon, thank you.
