Shad is simply wonderful! I am not a fan of overly spunky gushing salesmen. It wreaks of artifice. Shad is factual, informed and professional and does not push. He is more of a guide. Available and patient. I greatly appreciate this. I highly recommend him and I will continue to work with him.

Shad was beyond amazing! He is truly a Genuine down to earth guy and was always there and on top of things whenever we had any questions big or small. He was super patient with us and was determined to help us find exactly what we wanted no matter how long it took.
