They took me in the same day after calling in the morning for a sore tooth that was causing issues. They performed the necessary tests and pin pointed the issue. Patrick made it possible to have it dealt with while I was there even though he was working through multiple appointments. This was greatly appreciated and I am currently feeling great!! Thank you for going that extra mile to ensure your patient's are taken care of especially heading into the weekend. Your actions were greatly appreciated!!
I have gone to Shadbay dental to have some old fillings removed and a cleaning and the team there are awesome!as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist who makes everything seem so easy,to the dentist and his assistant,the dental hygienist are all so great and make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing so you can be relaxed,which isn’t always easy when you have anxiety but I can tell you there is no reason to be afraid to go,they are incredibly friendly and very professional,Dr Jeff a... read more
I have only excellent things to say about Shad Bay Dental, Dr. Reid and all of the staff. They really put their hearts into the work they do and make sure the patients are well cared for. I have had a complex dental history which in the past made me quite anxious to go to the dentist and very worried for the future. I feel safe and in great hands here.
