Provided no further information compared to what is readily available on Canada.ca The most hurtful part was him telling us that if we had any more questions, we could email him after the consultation. So we sent him one question after the consultation and got told we will have to pay again for a new consultation. That was just mean. Next time just tell your clients if they have any more questions they will need to pay again. It hurts less to be honest to your clients.
