I ordered some of the milk paint and was so very disappointed! I spent the evening trying to recover my furniture piece by picking off chunks that would not mix properly! I’m now going on day three of working to fix this. I followed the directions exactly and shook the container I was mixing it in for a solid amount of time. It is now going to need a third coat of paint or possibly needs to be sanded back down because the chunks have created a rough unsightly texture.
I came to discover Shackteau through Kristen's mesmerizing videos of her furniture transformations! I've ordered several items from her website that have turned my house into a home. Kristen is so talented, and has impeccable taste - just beautiful.
