Rockingham GMSV are a disgrace! I have never been involved with a more corrupt service department that prides themself on over charging their customers and going out of their way to reject warranty items or simply make an excuse as to why a warranty item is not being honoured GM vehicles. I’ve dealt with Freo shacks for 2.5 years and they were amazing. They simply fixed items that are clearly warranty covered issues. Highly recommend Jacob at Rockingham Volkswagen. My family and I were looking for used Pajero. I called Jake as I wasn’t able to come down in person to see the car. He was happy to answer all my questions and tell me about the car. We agreed on a fair price and we came to view the car the following day. A massive shoutout to Kade, great communication from start to finish regular follow ups with information on the arrival of my MY25 Silverado ZR2. Could not of asked for a better experience. Massive shoutout to the team at Shacks in Rockingham! From the initial discussion about ordering my vehicle right through to the handover, everything was absolutely top tier. Funny enough, we actually received our vehicle two weeks earlier than the original ETA!
