They have forgotten my trash multiple times even though all the neighbors on our road have them and get picked up, I’ve called and left voicemails and never get a call back. Highly do NOT recommend. Not to mention they are more expensive than other local trash companies.
They do not pick up trash/recycle on your scheduled day, even after you've called the office numerous times. Extremely UNRELIABLE.
