Amazing!!! Been going here for over a year maybe 2, every time, from staff to the doctors has been first class. Attentive,patient, (with me and my German shepherd) explain details of every prescription or vaccine...today, dr Cambell, I’ll keep going back for sure if they keep her on!!!

Always very concerned about the welfare of my babies! Easy to communicate with both Dr Barron and Dr Martin. The entire staff are very polite- ( do wish they wear name tags) Sometimes when I come in I am so stressed over sick dog I do not Catch name ( and the old days of 2 or 3 techs) are long gone! My family will never return to this vet clinic. Our dog is a patient here, and when he was hit by a car today I was told by the clinic that the schedule is full. Why will you not make time for one of YOUR patients in an emergency? This is absolutely ridiculous, I expected much more out of such a highly praised vet clinic. You have now lost over 7 patients due to this, the van Rossum family will never be back and will let everyone know the way we were treated and turned away in a time of need.

We apologize for your experience at SRVC. Our clinic was past capacity with emergency cases during your need and we did not feel we would be able to deliver 24/7 observation and care for your pet. Though we were not the best solution today we hope your pet has received the care it needed. Again we apologize we were not able to help you.
