I love Shackett’s I have been coming here for many years but I was very disappointed when I went to get my favorite soft serve ice cream twist and they dident have chocolate they only had pineapple. I love ice cream so that was a dealbreaker for me but overall the places is really nice the food is good and the staff are really nice it’s always fast service and Doesn’t ever take long. the benches you can sit on can get hot if your wearing shorts so make shure you watch out because the chairs are metal.
This place is Excellent! Fresh foods and nice people. JEFF WANTS YOU TO EAT HIS SEAFOOD! LOL

Staff members don’t have a care in the world, ordered an ice cream in a cone with whipped cream and after already serving ice cream into a cup said it was not possible, first of all nonsense never even heard of an ice cream place that does this, second he didn’t even give me a chance to reconsider if I didn’t want the cream, when I asked why this is he dismissed me and went back to his phone. Awful staffing, that alone, made the experience aggravating.
