Absolutely horrendous experience! My Mom died on 12/1 and we had to wait 2 weeks before she could be cremated because they were servicing their crematory. She was not cremated until 12/13. Then, guy we sat with for 2 hours took down all of my Mother's information and then filled out the death certificate INCORRECTLY. No apologies and did nothing to try to make it right instead choosing to place the blame on us saying we gave them wrong information (I know my Mom pretty well after knowing her for 40 years).
