I lost my son in July 2024 and our family was totally devastated. My life especially will never be the same. Austen Glen Ray was and is my son, my best friend, and even though he was 29 and bigger than me he was my Lil' Feller. Jameson and Rachel were outstanding ! The way they made me and my sisters feel and the advice they gave us was tremendous . They are definitely doing what they were intended to do in life . I was so impressed

Rachel, Kristi, and Jamieson (and those were just the Shackelford staff I came into contact with) did a fantastic job! They were there every step of the way to make sure that we were taken take of us at a time when everything was running together and we weren’t quite sure which way was up. Extremely caring people! You never want to have to recommend something like a funeral home, but our family would recommend this one.

When my loved one passed, my family chose Shackelford. And to me that was the best decision we could've ever made. Rachel and her staff were amazing and made everything so much easier. Her and her team went beyond expectations and measures to make sure myself and family were comfortable and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. They deserve an extra star for their effort!
