Firstly I love my optometrist, i’ve been going to him for years. He is the only doctor I trust with my eyes. Sadly i’ve noticed his staff is very passive, short in tone, and unwelcoming. On multiple occasions I have called the office either getting no answer or a rushed phone call with answers like “well i was in the bathroom”. I came in for an appointment and i had to speak to two receptionist before anyone acknowledged my existence, she then stood behind the counter and looked very agitated while listening to me speak. I have been going to Dr. Shackelford since I was in kindergarden and i absolutely would not go to anybody else. He is very patient and calm and so is the staff. Except this last time i went the front receptionist customer service were not up to standard and was always on the phone (personal phone) and acted like she didnt want to be there. but overall i would recommend!
Dr.Shackelford and his staff are so very professional and knowledgeable about their job,I love the fact that they are so friendly and supportive to help in any way that they can to make sure that we’re satisfied with their service.🤗
