I have been going to Dr. Shackelford since I was in kindergarden and i absolutely would not go to anybody else. He is very patient and calm and so is the staff. Except this last time i went the front receptionist customer service were not up to standard and was always on the phone (personal phone) and acted like she didnt want to be there. but overall i would recommend!
Dr.Shackelford and his staff are so very professional and knowledgeable about their job,I love the fact that they are so friendly and supportive to help in any way that they can to make sure that we’re satisfied with their service.🤗

Dr. Shackelford is the best. Been going to him since I was a teen. I’m 31 now. Leigh is exceptional at what she does. I love her so much. Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available.
