Alexey and Joao were great. Had a concern, emailed at 11pm on Sunday night. Were there Monday morning to unclog gutters. Probably avoided a roof leak thanks to them. Amazing!
Can't really recommend. Not sure what has happened to them. Our small strata has used them for a few years but last experience was pretty awful. Cancelled prearranged appointment day of, rescheduled for early afternoon another day and then came very late in day. Half the job was completed in the dark (how can anyone possible see what they're doing in dark). Left a disconnected drain pipe (despite speaking to them about it) and leaf traps full of gunk. Alexey and Ryan did a great job of cleaning our gutters. They worked dedicately and quietly. They didn't leave any trace of garbage behind. Well done!
This is our second time working with this company. They were flexible and efficient with scheduling, and provided a reasonable quote for replacing the light bulbs to the Xmas lights that were installed 3 yrs ago. Highly recommend to work with Pedro for excellent, friendly and professional service.
The entire Shack Shine team was a pleasure to communicate and work with. From getting a quote and booking appointments (Daniel), getting updates (Taylor) to on-site technicians for gutter/skylight cleaning (Pedro and Andre), we enjoyed the experience.
