Had a moss issue on our north facing rooftop. The Shack Shine team looked after it expertly, and checked the entire roof, finding a couple of other spots they dealt with too. Friendly and efficient service. Will be using them again.
Shaun and his team are AWESOME!!! Not only did I get a prompt reply to asking for AND receiving an estimate. They waited until I was available for me to make the arrangements for my window cleaning. I had these hard water spots that were on there probably for a while I tried to get off with no success...until my heros stepped in. I was happy to be able to book a gutter cleaning day and service time window quickly within my preferred week online with Shack Shine. I received a confirmation email for my appointment. The day of service I got a call 30 minutes before site arrival so I had time to come from work to discuss my property's fee and that I would receive an email invoice that I was able to pay online, and review my leaf and muck mess plus a problem area of water overflow on a gutter section.
