My interaction with Shine Shack was incredibly disappointing. Despite a confirmed booking for a driveway pressure clean, they arrived unprepared and attempted to sell me gutter cleaning and Christmas lights installation instead. This not only wasted my time but also left my driveway uncleaned. The lack of professionalism and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service makes it an experience I wouldn't recommend to others.
Guys did exactly what was needed. Really took time to do a great job!!!
Excellent service from start to finish. Fabian had quoted our house with all options and Jeremy was great in narrowing down what we needed. The team was punctual, worked slow and efficiently, took their time and even went over the window tracks again to ensure clear path. I’m very satisfied with how the windows look and would use them to wash the whole house next spring.
They did an amazing job.
I do not understand why you are sending me this message when my appt never got booked because you guys were too busy and could not come until after the new year. You were great in the pasted but this time you blew it with me and a few of my friends. Joe
