I was excited with the price and the ease of the process, but received a cancellation notice the day before my scheduled service. It had no information whatsoever. When I called in the rep was nice, but had to research to determine that the franchise owner decided to close his business. Just disappointed I need to find a new vendor for this.

Shack Shine as always did a great job blasting the tile on our pool. Super responsive and got us on the schedule fast. Great customer service, Brian is awesome!
I have used Shack Shine twice before and was very pleased. Today I had them clean the windows (outside only) of my home and they did an outstanding job. They were able to fit me in on two days notice and arrived on time with a call about thirty minutes prior so that I knew when they would arrive. Since one of the technicians was not able to make it, the owner actually came to help the other technician assigned.
