After three months I finally got a response that she had glanced at my medical records and I was "often sick, (but not limited to work) Unless my doctors have completely failed me, my condition should be documented as chronic, daily, and overwhelming. When I tried to email more details I got no response at all. She only instructed me to file an appeal, the SSA themselves have been easier to work with and more supportive than Emily Shack.
