After researching remodelers, I knew Shack Built would be the right choice to update my primary bath/bedroom plus 2 bedrooms and they exceeded my expectations. I’ve never left a poor review in my life. But this was definitely worth it after the phone call we just had with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone with their sales/admin person. Clearly inexperienced and unprofessional. If this is how they handle new client intake, I’d be hard pressed to believe they can deliver on their work.
We used Shack Built to remodel a long neglected bathroom. Derick was straight forward and practical in his approach while Cara helped guide our choices. Then Scott made it reality. You guys are the best.
To the entire team at Shack Built, thank you for a job well done. Your design and execution were excellent and the project was finished on time. As a client, that’s very important. Thank you Derick for heading up an amazing team. I would highly recommend.
Dream Project Becomes Reality We have always dreamed of having a water feature (spa or pool) integrated into our two story deck and Shack Built has brought this dream to life.
