ShackBuilt remodeled the Great American Bank branch in De Soto, Kansas. Derick and his team developed a genuinely nice design and plan for an older building in downtown De Soto. They made the process from planning to completing quite simple and timely. Derick and the subs worked around the bank’s schedule, working on a few Saturdays as well to not interrupt our employees and customers. Their communication during the renovation was excellent and the final product looked great!

We recently completed a project with Shack Built as the General Contractor. As a sub-contractor, we work with many many different GCs throughout the city. I can say that this project went smoothly and without a hitch. The on-site superintendent, Chris, was informative, communicated very well with his wants and needs and set obtainable goals throughout the project. It makes it much easier to complete a project safely, cleanly and on time when a respectful and fun work environment is established from the beginning of the job. ... read more

Converted 1950s bathroom to updated, age in place bathroom with glam! Also added new single unit washer/dryer on main floor. Love look and function of new bathroom. Crew great to work with and listened to my concerns. Answered my questions as they arose. Love outcome of remodel.
