DON'T USE THIS MAN receptionist told me take my toddler to ER for uti after I called for 3 hours to get thru, since wife left cant get thru on the phone lines anymore and there's never appointments for weeks out. When the wife was there I had such a great relationship with her, I even had email CONTACT, not even voicemail. They can sent a registered letter but can't give a referral after being asked times, the old receptionist now works at my primary doctor and told me everything.

My 1 1/2 year old son is a patient here, and as an infant we were having troubles with a relative who forged my fiancé’s signature on a paper stating it was okay for her to bring him into the office. I am not impressed with this Dr at all we will be transferring all of my daughters children he referred my granddaughter to a gi specialist and told me she would not be getting a feeding tube, one week later she got a tube inserted she did and does not need one she is tiny it’s ok babies grow differently! She ate fine took a bottle fine and when we have questions he says just take her to Buffalo children’s hospital!
