The service was a little slow due to short staffing. But everyone waa very kind and patient. The location is placed in a cute date spot where you can grab dessert, coffee, or go for a walk after.
The atmosphere was great and the meat for the hotpot tasted super fresh !! If you go here, I highly suggest the spicy sichuan soup base and the wagyu beef, it’s so delish :)))
I come to the area occasionally for work and family and Shabu Shack is definitely a spot I'll be coming to commonly! The spicy miso and tonkatsu are my soups of choice and the beef belly (and other meats) are absolutely amazing. It's a cozy spot that's super welcoming and the food just hits great. The service is top notch too with this one girl waitress (i forget your name, sorry! Something with a J ) taking the time to explain the menu and etc for us and super courteous too. This place was actually so worth it. Came out here to try it and ended up loving everything. The broth and meats were really good, service was super nice, and the whole vibe was great. Don’t usually go for hot pot like that but this spot changed my mind for sure. Definitely coming back!
Amazing food and wonderful customer service! Our server, Jenny, did a magnificent job catering to our needs. Very polite and cordial. Food came out at a reasonable time, and tasted amazing on top of that! Will definitely come again!
