This place is totally insane. They called and rescheduled our appointment 5 time due to unavailability of the doctor. Latest they confirmed our appointment on October 24th at 5pm . On that day , I called them to make sure that our appointment is still on. But a lady shouted that we don’t have any appointment on 24th at 5pm . She said” you don’t need to come, stay home “ On surprise, I received a call from this center, saying you had an appointment with us , why you guys didn’t show up? What a surprise? Hello Everyone. It's time for the most current review on Dr. Nabeel Shabout. On September 9th it was go time for removal of my enlarged lymph note. The entire team at Texas Methodist Hospital were absolutely fantastic. I had everyone that took care of me sign a card so I could add them in my review. Unfortunately I left it in recovery. With some luck they may have given it to Dr. Shabout! So the surgery went very well. Great staff and an awesome doctor. After 2 visits to the ER and several visits to different doctors, I was referred to Dr. Shabout. The ER nor the other doctors knew what I had and the minute I walked in and showed him what I was experiencing he knew exactly what it was!! I highly recommend Dr. Shabout!!!
An update from followup after second series of sonogram and mammogram. As Dr. Shabout discussed that he was going to have biopsy done. He was uncomfortable what was established from radiologist. Instead of a needle biopsy, he wanted a piece taken out. I said to Dr. Shabout that if you need a piece, why don't you go in, take it all out then have it tested. Dr. Shabout and his team were amazing! My surgery and my recovery went perfect, without complications, and Dr. Shabout was always available for all my questions and needs. I feel so lucky he was my doctor.
