I had a very disappointing experience with Shania Brushups Cosmetics. The customer service was terrible, and the representatives were unhelpful and rude. I had an issue with one of their products, and it took weeks to get a response from their support team. When I finally did, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of concern for their customers.
I wish I could give 10 stars! Allison made my daughter, my daughter-in-law, my granddaughters, and me feel so beautiful two weeks ago at my son's wedding! Every brush and line of color that she applied to our faces gave us confidence and pride in our appearance! We never felt more beautiful! It was a joyful and magical experience to have her be our make-up artist! We look forward to the next time...!!!! Fran Kohn, West Hempstead
