Dr. Jamali is a good guy. He is patient, understanding and took the time to explain everything. He has a great sense of humor.
Dr. Jamali spent a lot of time answering all of my detailed questions, and I never felt rushed. I appreciate that he is very proactive and based on my history, he suggested I see a cardiologist prior to the procedure. However, when I asked about his adenoma detection rate (ADR), he had no idea and suggested I get that from my insurance company. GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT, LIVER, AND PANCREAS. Dr Jamali told me he wasn’t a liver doctor. But this shows otherwise. I have never been talked to by a DOCTOR like I was talked to by this doctor. He has absolutely no bedside manners and the rudest doctor I have ever seen..
I absolutely love Dr. Jamali and his entire staff! I had an endoscopy procedure in December, and as someone who tends to get nervous, I was genuinely at ease the entire time. Everyone in the office was so kind and calming. The team made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and on the day of the procedure, I wasn't scared at all. The entire team was so coordinated and chill, which made all the difference.
