Ordered a pair of earrings that are defective. I've sent multiple emails and messages over the past month, but received no response. Unfortunately, terrible customer service and poor quality jewellery.
I bought a baby outfit from here thinking it was from a cute boutique baby brand but when I put it on my baby, I realised it wasn’t the best quality. That’s when I reverse google image searched the outfit and found out it was actually from temu. So disappointing to spend money on something when you think you’re supporting local :(
