Really enjoyed my visit with him. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Looks at the patient as a whole and “the big picture”- considering lifestyle factors. He gave very good explanations and helped me very much understand my condition. You can tell he is passionate about the work he does.
I saw Dr Nazarian for treatment of Graves’ disease. He really tried to minimize my symptoms and I felt like I was being gas lit. If you’re a woman, he will more than likely try to convince you that you just have an anxiety disorder. Getting a referral for surgery was really difficult and he continued to ask me to not have surgery up until the day of surgery. I started to wonder if he got kickbacks for anti thyroid medication. I can't speak to the quality of this doctor, but I can tell you that I waited an hour for my first appointment, the staff told me that this "is typical." They told me they wanted to reschedule me another week out after waiting 3 months to get in. If you value your time, go somewhere that treats you better.
Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He spent over an hour with me discussing my concerns and coming up with a strategy for treatment. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and approachable. I’m a nurse and have worked with hundreds of doctors and he exceeds all that I have worked with and received care from. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do! I know healthcare isn’t easy but it’s clear you truly care about your patients and as a patient now I appreciate you more than you will ever know.
